The rooms are modern and spacious, but the service was lacking due to the absent manager. However, the housekeeping was excellent. The hotel is located in a superb spot, right across from the park and super close to many shops in Southport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is top-notch, but I missed seeing the manager around. The dining experience with the Neapolitan pizza was delightful. It's so convenient to all restaurants nearby. An excellent value for money stay.
